The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium is an ADA compliant facility. All entrances into the convention center are fully accessible and power-assisted doors ease your movement in and out of the facility. Accommodations for persons with disabilities include Braille signage, telephones, restrooms, accessible ticket counters, designated parking, and wheelchair availability. Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium welcomes guests with disabilities and their assistive animals. While it is not necessary, we encourage guests with assistive animals to contact facility management in advance of the event in order to most appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal.

The Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County, Indiana ("CIB") maintains the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium as an equal opportunity facility in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. As a covered entity, the CIB complies with its obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as other state and federal laws or regulations governing public accommodation. Any Licensee having questions or comments about accommodations should contact their event coordinator.

As a "Public Assembly Facility," the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium is responsible for the permanent building accommodations such as, but not limited to, wheelchair ramps, elevators, doors, and restroom accessibility.

Show management is responsible for non-permanent accessibility requirements such as, but not limited to, seating accessibility, auxiliary aids for the visually impaired, hearing impaired, and mobility impaired. Show management is also responsible to ensure compliance of temporary architectural event features such as registration, information booths, and any other services/programs available to exhibitors, attendees or the general public.
