Green Initiatives

What "Green Initiatives" does your facility participate in?

This fact sheet lists our current green projects. The program is continually updated and we are pleased to work with guests on their specific requests.

Parking

Where should I park?

Approximately 12,000 parking spaces in surface lots and parking garages immediately surround our facility. An additional 40,000 parking spaces are within a ten-block area. Arrangements for specialty and long-term parking can be made through Denison Parking at 317.916.1760 or jallsup@denisonparking.com. Please visit our parking information page to view the most convenient parking for your event.

How much does it cost to park?

Depending upon the event, parking charges can range from $5.00 to $20.00. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Special Needs

Can the facility accommodate persons with special needs?

Entrances into the convention center are fully accessible and power-assisted doors ease your movement in and out of the facility. Persons with special needs may be dropped off and/or picked up on the north side of the convention center under the Maryland Street canopy. Wheelchair requests (for use inside the facility) are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the First Aid office or by contacting a security person at 317.262.3350. Parking for persons with disabilities is available in surrounding lots and garages. Metered on-street parking spaces for disabled surround the facility. Spaces are marked accordingly as well as spaces designated for van access only. This is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticketing

What type of payments does the Ticket Office accept?

For most events, the Ticket Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. Checks or money orders, made out to the Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office, are accepted only through the mail and up to three weeks prior to the event. The Indianapolis Colts do not accept checks as a method of payment. The Ticket Office only accepts cash as a method of payment for events that are sold at the door only on the day of the event. Signs above the windows indicate what type payment is accepted at that window. Some windows are "cash only."

Does the Ticket Office accept phone or Internet orders?

Most events do accept phone and Internet orders. However, the orders are taken through TicketMaster. You may reach TicketMaster at 1-800-745-3000 or by going to their website at www.ticketmaster.com.

What are the Ticket Office hours?

The Ticket Office regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Ticket Office adjusts its hours on event days and is open as the event warrants.

Where is the Ticket Office located?

The Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office is located on street level, at the southeast corner of Lucas Oil Stadium. For ticketed events in the Indiana Convention Center, permanent ticket offices are located at Halls A, J and across from Hall E. A portable ticket office can be open on show days.

How do I contact Lost & Found?

Lost & Found is located in our Dispatch Offices. At ICC, you may call 317-262-3350; LOS, call 317-262-4000.

Does the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium have Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)?

ATMs are conveniently located on the first level of the Indiana Convention Center, in the Maryland Food Court, between Room 116 and the 500 Ballroom Reception Room, and behind room 140. ATMs are available throughout the public areas of Lucas Oil Stadium.

What time does the facility and/or skywalks open and close?

The time frame for closing and opening of the ICC facility and skywalks is event-dependent. Rule of thumb for lock down in the evening is approximately 11:00 p.m. and re-opening in the morning at approximately 6:00 a.m.

Do you have free Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the food courts for tasks that are not bandwidth intensive such as reading email and light browsing of the web. Clients requiring higher connectivity needs can contact Smart City Networks or by calling 888.446.6911

Does the Indiana Convention Center have a Nursing Mother Station?

In order to accommodate our customers who are breastfeeding, the Indiana Convention Center maintains a lactation room for nursing mothers. The Nursing Mother Station is located in the Women's Restroom on the first floor of the Convention Center across from the Security Dispatch and First Aid Offices along the Crossroad Corridor. The on-site lactation room provides privacy and may be accessed at any time.
