ADA Accessibility
The Indiana Convention Center is an ADA-compliant facility. Most entrances into the convention center are fully accessible. Accommodations for persons with disabilities include Braille signage, restrooms, accessible ticket counters, designated parking, and wheelchair availability. Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium welcomes guests with disabilities and their assistive animals. While it is not necessary, we encourage guests with assistive animals to contact facility management in advance of the event in order to most appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal.
Drop Off/Pick Up Point
Persons may be dropped off and/or picked up on the north side of the convention center under the Maryland Street canopy. Located at the southwest corner of Maryland Street and Capitol Avenue, access may be restricted during certain events.
Entrances/Elevators/Escalators
Power-assisted doors ease your movement in and out of the facility. Guests unable to use stairs may access elevators in the convention center located in the Crossroads and Hoosier Corridors. Escalators are also available throughout the convention center.
Food & Beverage
Food & beverage areas in the convention center are accessible for persons with disabilities. The Crossroads Bistro, the Capitol Food Court, and the Landing On Maryland are open according to event-requested hours. Large print menus are available upon request.
Hearing
Hearing enhancement equipment is available. Contact our security dispatch office at (317) 262-3350 for more information.
Restrooms & Water Containers
Accessible restrooms and water containers are located throughout the facility.
WHEELCHAIR AVAILABILITY
Wheelchairs for use inside the facility are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the security dispatch office (317) 262-3350. A government issued picture ID is required as a deposit for the wheelchair. Wheelchairs may not be removed from the facility. A fee will be imposed for any wheelchairs not returned.

As a “Public Assembly Facility,” the Indiana Convention Center is responsible for the permanent building accommodations such as, but not limited to, wheelchair ramps, elevators, doors, and restroom accessibility.
Show management is responsible for non-permanent accessibility requirements such as, but not limited to, seating accessibility, auxiliary aids for the visually impaired, hearing impaired, and mobility impaired. Show management is also responsible to ensure compliance of temporary architectural event features such as registration, information booths, and any other services/programs available to exhibitors, attendees or the general public.
